Trip’N’Hostel has over 175 beds in Tirana and more in Himara, so we’re looking for help with all kinds of shit. Some of our positions:
What You Need
3+ Weeks
Minimum Stay
We’re looking for volunteers who will become part of the team, so three weeks is the minimum time to learn the ropes and settle in.
English
Intermediate Or Better
We’re an English-speaking hostel, so you need to know the language to do your job, contribute and communicate with guests.
20–35
Age Range
The majority of our guests fall between these ages, so we need staff members they can relate to and who give off the right energy.

This isn’t a job for amateurs. If you want to join our crew then we need people who have both stayed and worked in hostels previously.
